The HEB Partner app is temporarily suspending all orders for home delivery and online orders for in-store pickup. They invite you to order your favorite H-E-B products for curbside pickup or delivery when in Texas. And you can pay by credit card, SNAP or gift card. Additionally, they can accept SNAP EBT card payments at and the My H-E-B app for curbside ordering and home delivery.


Frequently Asked Questions

Will my total be adjusted if my order changes?

Yes, you will only be charged for the items you receive. Any outstanding charges will be adjusted to your final order total once your order is complete. According to banks, this adjustment may take a few business days.

Are the digital versions the same as my H‑E‑B store?

Each digital coupon is also available at H-E-B stores. However, not all in-store coupons are available digitally. For example, meal promotions are not available on or the H-E-B app. Stay tuned as we add more offers.

When is my order ready for collection?

When you select your pickup time during checkout, your order will be ready for pickup. As soon as it is ready, we will send you a text message and email, and you can always see the status of your order in the Orders section of the app.

Am I guaranteed to get the best item available?

The best items available have the best chance of being in stock, but there is a small chance that your store may not have a certain item in stock at the time your order is purchased.


What does “unverified gateway address” mean on the payment page?

If you see this error message, you may need to update the card registered to your account or verify your billing address and zip code with your bank.

Is there a maximum order quantity?

Yes, we currently have a maximum cart size of 1,000 items. The order total is unlimited.
